To be a movement that produces Kingdom builders: disciples who do not just grow, but multiply — forming Blueprint Houses and communities of transformation in Jacksonville and beyond.

CHILDREN'S DISCIPLESHIP DIRECTOR
Blueprint Sparks curriculum, children's parallel sessions in in-home gatherings and Houses, age-appropriate formation aligned to adult content.

FORMATION DIRECTOR
The Formation Director oversees the spiritual formation and inner development of individuals within The Blueprint Ministry. This role helps ensure that people are not simply equipped to build, but are becoming spiritually, emotionally, and relationally healthy enough to steward what God has called them to build.
