God does not only call us to do new things. He transforms the person who will carry them.
Formation is the spiritual and emotional transformation pathway of The Blueprint Ministry. It creates room to encounter God, heal at the roots, become free from what has held us, and learn to live from wholeness, maturity, and obedience.
WHAT FORMATION IS
The work that actually changes you.
Formation is a dedicated environment for deep spiritual and emotional transformation. It attends to the soul-level and spiritual work that outward leadership cannot replace.
Here, we do not rush people into visibility while their inner life remains unattended. We allow God to form the person before expanding the platform.
Healed before you lead. Equipped before you are sent.
Formation works alongside discipleship and leadership development, helping people become spiritually grounded, emotionally whole, and prepared to carry responsibility without abandoning themselves or reproducing unresolved wounds.

Formation communicates that people are healed into wholeness, obedience, service, and purpose; this goes beyond just “feeling better”.
Healing is important — but it is not the final destination. Living activated is the way you demonstrate healing in day-to-day life.
01 · ENCOUNTER
Encounter.
We make room to meet God—not simply learn information about Him. Through prayer, Scripture, worship, and Spirit-led ministry, we become more responsive to His presence, truth, and voice.
02 · HEALING
Healing.
We allow God to address what remains wounded, bound, fragmented, or hidden. This includes inner healing, deliverance, emotional restoration, renewed identity, and the dismantling of patterns that cannot accompany us into what God is building.
03 · ACTIVATION
Activation.
Healing is not the end of Formation. We practice living from freedom. Participants are equipped to respond to God with maturity, exercise spiritual gifts responsibly, build healthy relationships, serve others, and move forward in purpose.
THE FORMATION PROCESS
Four movements. One process of transformation.
i.
Inner Healing
Bringing wounds, unmet needs, false beliefs, and fractured places into the truth and care of God.
ii.
Deliverance
Renouncing spiritual bondage, destructive agreements, and strongholds that resist freedom and obedience.
iii.
Emotional
Restoration
Developing emotional awareness, healthy relationships, renewed thinking, and the capacity to live from wholeness rather than survival.
iv.
Spiritual Maturity & Sensitivity
Learning to recognize God’s voice, discern wisely, steward spiritual gifts, and respond with biblical order, humility, and maturity.
WHERE FORMATION HAPPENS
Come to Formation.
The Formation Room is the ongoing gathering place for prayer, biblical teaching, honest conversation, healing, deliverance, and Spirit-led response.
Formerly known as The Well Room, The Formation Room carries forward the heart of Come Sis With Me within its new home, while going deeper under The Blueprint Ministry’s lead.
You do not have to arrive polished, certain, or completely healed. Come thirsty. Come honest. Come ready to encounter the God who restores, frees, and forms.
Come Sis With Me is Home.
Come Sis With Me is coming under The Blueprint Ministry, allowing its legacy of prayer, healing, freedom, and honest sisterhood to become part of a larger formation pathway.
The name is transitioning, but the assignment is not being erased. What began through Come Sis With Me continues through Formation, and now connects participants to a fuller journey of Encounter, Healing, and Activation.
